Book Review
Crisply written multicultural political thriller centering on privatized prisons and the four women affected by one man’s greed. Obsessed with monetary gain, Hammond Grey will stop at nothing to satisfy his financial lust.

Having woven a tale with elements of lust, crime, and innocence, laced with facts about a billion-dollar business, King has outdone herself in her debut novel.

I was drawn to this book simply to escape the hard psych thrillers I have been reading. Well…I was in for a surprise. The writing! The character development! Four strong women (read the book to find out who the fourth woman is)!! Words cannot express how mentally satisfied I was while devouring this masterfully crafted work of art.
