Septuagenarian librarian Cleo Watkins believes in gracious manners, sweet tea, and justice—library justice. For over forty years, Cleo has tried every trick in the book to get delinquent patron Dixie Huddleston to return the most overdue volume in Catalpa Springs, Georgia. Quick Lit Review of Read on Arrival
An enjoyable read. Loved the style and the characters. The storyline moved along flawlessly and kept me totally involved. If these characters were to appear again for another adventure, I would be along for the ride.
